Why schedule RoboCon at the same time as AnimeExpo? How will the two events complement one another? As fans are making a substantial commitment of time and money to travel to anime conventions around the country, we felt that we could hit two birds with one stone by bringing the celebration of the 20th anniversary of Robotech together with the biggest anime convention in North America. What kind of programming and events are planned for RoboCon? We are currently working on a range of interesting programming choices and special events to be posted here. While we can't disclose specifics yet, these panels and events will be unique with a high level of interactivity. Will there be new info about Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles? Yes! How many badges will I have to wear to RoboCon and AnimeExpo? Will I have to pay for admission TWICE!? Fans won't have to pick and choose. Most Robotech panels and events scheduled at AnimeExpo will be covered by the purchase of an AnimeExpo badge. You can pre-register for AnimeExpo early at www.anime-expo.org If I book a room at the Days Inn, does that include registration to AnimeExpo? No. Although you could book a room just to attend some RoboCon events based at the Days Inn, you will need to register for a badge to participate in events at AnimeExpo. What if I already have accommodations other than the Days Inn? What will I miss? RoboCon's events are intended to be all-inclusive, which means that everyone coming to AnimeExpo is invited. However, there will be some hotel sections (due to fire code) that will inevitably be available only to folks registered at the Days Inn, or guests accompanying these individuals. Is the Days Inn eligible for AX vouchers? Sorry, the Days Inn does not participate in the AnimeExpo voucher program. Does the Days Inn provide internet access? Yes, each room has high speed internet access. However there is a daily usage fee. Please contact the hotel for more information. I'm driving to Anaheim! Does the Days Inn have parking? Yes, the Days Inn offers FREE parking for all guests registered at the hotel!
		My friends would like to make a reservation at the Days Inn. How can they get the special Robotech.com member rate? We initially opened early registration to veteran members of Robotech.com (at least 200 points) to reward longtime fans. However, we'll be opening up reservations to all members in good standing as occupancy approaches the 50% mark, so everyone will have a good shot at the rooms. If your friends are not already members of Robotech.com, they can sign up for free membership here! Why announce RoboCon so early before all the events are finalized? Some events will still require considerable planning before final details can be announced. In the meantime, we were aware that many fans who are working professionals need to file their vacation plans at the beginning of the year with their respective employers, especially if long-distance travel is involved. Therefore, in the best interest of such fans, we've locked down the general parameters and accommodations early. I can't make it to Anaheim in July! Do you have any other events planned elsewhere?
